Reservations are not confirmed until processing is
completed by American Host Inn.
Reservations during a busy time of the year will require you to make a $50.00 down payment for each room with your credit card at the time of your reservation. This down payment will be deducted from your bill at check-in time and you will be provided with a receipt for the down payment. This down payment is nonrefundable should you cancel for any reason- no exceptions.
All cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your check in date will simply forfeit the $50 down payment. All cancellations made within 7 days of your check in date will be charged for one night's stay less the $50 down payment already paid. Thank you!
